REALITY: Beginners are welcome. Our classes are built around respect, learning and helping each person improve.

TIME COMMITMENT

MYTH: I don't have hours a day to dedicate to fighting.

REALITY: You do not need to train every day. Starting with one or two sessions a week is enough to build skill, fitness and confidence.
